Step 1: Settling your mind

Before each step: Find a quiet and comfortable place to either lie down or sit down. As you become more familiar with each step, close your eyes.

A) Allow all of your thoughts in you conscious and sub conscious mind to come forward.

B) Give permission for your mind to speak to you. Your thoughts are there constantly waiting to be heard 24 hours / 7 days a week. You will have some or a wide range of thoughts. Allow and all of your thoughts in the moment to be heard and acknowledged the more the better. This is first powerful step for you to experience mental clarity and peace of mind.

C) Accept and witness your thoughts (hold off on judging yourself).

It doesn’t matter what your thoughts are or how many thoughts you have. We all have positive, negative, neutral or no thoughts at different times. Some times we can even feel numb. This is your bodies protection system from stress and past trauma. Underneath numbness is fear, this is ok and completely normal. Depending upon where you are in life and your level of responsibilities, your stress levels will determine your level of thinking. Some days you will have a lot more thoughts then others. Like the weather, everyday is different. Try to go with the flow of what you are experiencing right now, in this moment today.

Life is an ever challenging and rewarding experience. Control what you can and be ok with what you cannot control. It is not what happens to you, but how you react to the present moment that largely determines your life experience. If you can come to terms of responding positively as to from fear, you can gain valuable insight into positive intuition and decision making.

D) Follow this process for 30 seconds. If you are comfortable and feel confident, continue for 1 to 5 minutes. You can stop at any time you like. This will be great for your mind and brain as it is constantly being bombarded by your own thoughts, social media, radio, TV, environment other people, work etc.

E) Still your mind by letting go of all your thoughts. Now that you have listened, heard and understood your conscious and unconscious thoughts, its now time to let them all go. The less you think, the deeper access you will have to your intuition. You do this by feeling the heaviness of your mind and head falling through the floor into the earth.

TIP: Now feel your head. Feel the weight of your head. Now feel the weight of your head letting go against the chair or the pillow where you are lying down.

F) Letting go of your mind, and body. Take it deeper. Feel all of your thoughts especially the stressful, worrying and negative ones. Feel the weight of them flush through your body from head to toe through out your arms into the earth. Feel the weight of your negative thoughts flow through the centerline of your body visualizing both feet in the earth. You can repeat this process as many times as you like. I suggest you do this for at least 30 seconds. If you are able to then you can do this for 1 – 5 minutes.

G) Come back to every day consciousness:

  • Listen to the sounds inside and outside the room
  • Feel the weight of your body against the chair or the bed
  • After 30 seconds to 1 minute or so slowly move your arms and body
  • Now gently open your eyes.

STEP 2 Emotional Release (Settling your emotions)

Before each step: Find a quiet and comfortable place to either lie down or sit down. As you become more familiar with each step, close your eyes.

A) Allowing all your emotions to come forward. Give permission for your emotions to talk to you. Less then 5% of people take the time on a regular basis to tune into all of their emotions. Like your thoughts, your emotions are there constantly 24/7 waiting to be felt, nurtured and acknowledged. Allowing your emotions to heard and understood is the next and very important level in accessing your intuition. This is life changing. Why? Because if you can feel what is really going of for you this can give you valuable information on your daily health and overall well being.

B) Be accepting of all emotions that come from your heart. Again, like your thoughts although more importantly at this deeper level it doesn’t matter what your emotions are or how many emotions you have. We all have positive, negative, neutral or no emotions at different times.

C) It is possible that we can even feel numb, especially if we have gone through a traumatic event(s). This is to be expected from time to time. Accessing, acknowledging and feeling your emotions is one of the most freeing and liberating experiences you can have.

D) Follow this process for 30 seconds. If you comfortable and feel confident continue for 1 to 5 minutes. Please use your own discretion. You can take your time to stop at any time you like. This will be great for your emotions and your heart. Most of the time you and 95% of people are being ruled by their head, mind and egos as to being connected to their heart center.

TIP: Be aware of the impact of other people’s emotions on you and your life. You can listen to others emotions. You don’t have to take their emotions on board if they are negative or draining.

E) Feel calm in your heart by releasing all your emotions. Now that you have listened, heard and understood your conscious and unconscious thoughts, it’s now time to let them all go. The less you think the deeper access you will have to your intuition. You do this by feeling the heaviness of chest and the heaviness of your heart falling through the floor and into the Earth.

TIP: Now feel your head Feel the weight of your head. Now feel the weight of your head letting go against the chair or the pillow where you are lying down.

F) Letting go of your emotions, through your body. Now it is time to go to the next step. It is now time to let go even more. Release ALL of your emotions including the heavy, sad, stressful, anxious and negative ones. Feel and visualize the weight of the emotions flowing through your body from the top of head to your feet through out your arms into the earth. Feel the weight of your negative, blocking emotions flow through the center of your body both feet into the earth. As with your thoughts you can repeat this process as many times as you wish. Again, I suggest you do this for at least 30 seconds. If you like and feel comfortable you can do this for 1 – 5 minutes.

G) Come back to every day consciousness:

  • Listen to the sounds inside and outside the room
  • Feel the weight of your body against the chair or the bed
  • After 30 seconds to 1 minute or so slowly move your arms and body
  • Now gently open your eyes

Step 3 Physical Whole Body Release (Settling Your Whole Body and Letting Go)

Before each step: Find a quiet and comfortable place to either lie down or sit down. As you become more familiar with each step, close your eyes.

A) Now feel and let go of your whole body. Scan, visualize and feel your whole body from head to toe. Listen and acknowledge your bodies thoughts and feelings. You may feel light and clear in some areas and heavier, numb and pain in others. Do your best to listen to what your body is trying to tell you. At this point your mind is clearer and you have already released heavy and negative emotions.

B) Be accepting of the thoughts and feelings of your body. Just like with your mind and heart, the thoughts and feelings of your body are important to be acknowledged and heard. This provides one way to release physical, emotional stress and trauma. Again like the first two steps, you will feel different sensations in your body at different times for a variety of reasons. This includes your current state of energy and health, your happiness in life and work, your age etc.

C) Now feel specific parts of your body. Feel your head, neck, chest, back, heart, arms, legs and feet. Listen and acknowledge each body part. Take your time, learn and enjoy the experience. Listen more then ever before to your bodies thoughts and feelings. Again, some areas will feel great and others heavy and blocked.

D) Letting go of your emotions through your body. Now it is time to go to the next step. It is now time let go even more. Release ALL of your emotions including the heavy, sad stressful, anxious, negative ones. Feel and visualize the weight of the emotions flow through your whole body from the top of head to your feet through out your arms into the earth. Feel the weight of your negative, blocking emotions flow through your center of your body and both feet in the earth. As with your thoughts you can repeat this process as many times as you wish. Again, I suggest you do follow this process this for at least 30 seconds. If you like and feel comfortable you can do this for 1 – 5 minutes. You now are at a much deeper level of personal awareness. This is an excellent tool to tune into your self on the physical level.

E) Come back to every day consciousness:

  • Listen to the sounds inside and outside the room
  • Feel the weight of your body against the chair or the bed
  • After 30 seconds to 1 minute or so slowly move your arms and body
  • Now gently open your eyes.

STEP 4 Grounding and Centering (Becoming Centered and Grounded)

Before each step: Find a quiet and comfortable place to either lie down or sit down. As you become more familiar with each step, close your eyes.

A) Drop it all. Your mind, emotions, body through the floor and into the earth. Let go of EVERY thought, feeling or physical sensation. Let all of your being feel heavy and drop through the floor into the earth. From your head to your toes.

B) Let go of heaviness out through your arms to your hands and out through your legs to your feet.

C) It is important to visualize and feel yourself letting go of the good and the bad through your arm into the earth. Now visualize and feel your left foot and right foot (several feet) into the earth. Like being in the ocean or a park, allow the earth to be like a loving mother nurturing you. Hand over all of your problems to her.

D) Bring a feeling of lightness through your body from your head to your toes. You may feel much lighter then when you started. Focus now on the lighter feeling and letting go of the heavy feelings into the earth.

E) Follow this process this for at least 30 seconds. Of course like the other steps, you can choose to do this for 1 – 5 minutes. You have now grounded yourself more then ever before and it has only taken minutes.

F) Come back to every day consciousness

  • Listen to the sounds inside and outside the room
  • Feel the weight of your body against the chair or the bed
  • After 30 seconds to 1 minute or so slowly move your arms and body
  • Now gently open your eyes.
